Old Rochester Youth Lacrosse Association is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization providing a lacrosse program for girls and boys ages 4-14 from the towns of Mattapoisett, Marion, Rochester, Fairhaven and all the towns of the SouthCoast.

The program(s) participate in the Cape Cod Lacrosse League (boys) and Mass Youth Lacrosse League (girls). Games are held on Sundays in a 8-10 game season running from early April through early June. Practices (1-2/week) are held on weekdays and players are expected to attend at least one practice per week in addition to the games.
